The Gulet has got Turkish origins, but in recent years it had been exporting to various tourist destinations, thanks to a growing demand. Built entirely of wood, they sail mainly by motor (the sails are only a support) and have a cruising speed of 11/12 knots. Their length ranges from 14 to 36 meters, but the ideal one is around 24 to 26 meters. Large areas (not comparable to a normal sailing yacht) will welcome you on board, with a porch area used for lunch at the stern, and a large sundeck with comfortable pillows for your tan. In almost all of them you find the air conditioning and a bathroom with shower in each cabin.
